Thailand is home to about 3,000-4,000 elephants, and half of this number are domesticated elephants while the rest are wild. At one point, maybe a century back, there were hundreds of thousands of elephants in the country, but due to various reasons like deforestation and poaching, the population has gone down drastically!

Wally Funk was a 21-year-old pilot and the youngest of 13 women who passed NASA’s astronaut training program in the 1960s. However, she was denied of her dream to become an astronaut because she is a woman! At 82, she will be the oldest person to fly into space!

Watch Funk’s excited reaction below where Jeff Bezos (founder of Amazon), tells her that she will be accompanying him up to space.
